Privacy Policy
Thurallis Digital Inc. is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website and its business services. This policy describes what we collect, why we use it and how to contact us about your information.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when requesting a conversation or working with us, including your name, company, email, selected service and message. For a paid project, we may also collect billing details, contracts, project correspondence and invoice, payment or refund references. Hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs.
2. How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed services, manage invoices and refunds, maintain business records, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. We request any additional consent required for another purpose. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell personal information.
3. Card payments
When a card payment is offered through Airwallex, card details are entered through its secure payment interface. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in this website’s business application. We may use billing information, payment references and transaction status to reconcile invoices, resolve payment issues and process refunds. Do not include card details in contact messages or email.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Google Fonts for typography, and Airwallex when providing card payments. Relevant information may be handled by service providers, professional advisers or contractors where necessary for the agreed service or business administration, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Providers may process information outside your country, including outside Canada. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We remain responsible for information under our control and use reasonable safeguards when engaging service providers.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for its purpose, project administration and applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or anonymize it as appropriate. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
7. Access, correction and privacy concerns
Contact us below to request access to or correction of your personal information, discuss deletion or withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity using information reasonably necessary to protect your records. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons; we explain applicable limits and respond within the time required by law. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.
8. Client systems and policy changes
Where we process personal information within a client’s software or IT project on their behalf, the project agreement should define the respective responsibilities, processing instructions and safeguards. We update this website policy when our practices change and display the effective date above. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.
